Arief Munandar is a sociologist and a public speaker and a professional trainer with more than 10 years experiences in providing human resource development services, as well as an Islamic social and political observer. He has a doctoral degree (Ph.D) in Sociology from Department of Social and Political Sciences Universitas Indonesia with cum laude predicate. He is also a lecturer at Department of Management, Faculty of Economics Universitas Indonesia. His credo, “People, Transformation, Contribution”, expresses his strong commitment in contributing continuously to build a new and better Indonesia, especially by developing young leaders of this nation.
